Third on the EP is a soulful and romantic deep house cut titled ‘some1:like_U’. This leads to an exciting study on relationship dynamics in the modern age, namely, the ideas of dominance and submissiveness within a romantic and sexual relationship (here on out referred to as “dom” and “sub,” respectively). Still, I believe it is an action that is widely carried out by those with more submissive personalities. My inspiration for this song comes from simping on the amazing catboy CatboiAoi, and lyrically the inspiration was “UwU / I just wanna simp for you.” I’ve made the lyrics a bit less cheesy, more emo, and digestible for the general population not familiar with the act of simping for Catboys. To quote Wikipedia, “Simp is an internet slang term describing someone who shows excessive sympathy and attention toward another person, typically someone who does not reciprocate the same feelings, in pursuit of affection or a sexual relationship.” The term gained exponential popularity through the recent pandemic, especially with the rise of OnlyFans content creators. Next on the EP is ‘simp4u,’ titled after the action of ‘simping’ for someone. This species has embraced the future in its entirety and transcended the Earth realm universe of Lucidia into the Protolumia universe. The EP opens with a ‘transhuman love affair (æytherspace soundbath mix)’, setting an otherworldly parallel dimension culture vibe.

Personally, the idea of bionanonic upgrades and LED tattoos, and organic body mods (waiting for my actual catboy-adapt upgrade package) excite me!
